Arun Harshadray Buch (Born on 4th April 1935) from Gandhinagar, Gujarat, president of Gandhinagar Shaher Vasahat Mahamandal, distributed 2,55,000 pairs of chappals to poor people & school students between the Year 1991 to 2015 across Gujarat State.
