LONGEST OUTDOOR RANGOLI MAKING MARATHON ON ROAD.
On the occasion of the 340th Ashadhi Palkhi Sohla 2025 of Jagadguru Shri Sant Tukaram Maharaj (Dehu). HARSHALI AMOL KALE, a renowned Rangoli Artist from Junnar, Maharashtra, along with her team, organized a Rangoli Drawing Marathon on the sacred path of the Pandharpur Wari, the massive annual pilgrimage spiritual walk. They walked continuously for 34 days, covering a distance of 259 kilometres from Shri Kshetra Dehu to Pandharpur, Maharashtra and during the journey, she drew over 2500 spiritual rangolis on the Wari route. The artwork was created using 1.5 tons of colored Rangoli powder and 6000 kgs of white Rangoli powder, symbolizing devotion and spiritual reflection. She successfully set a New World Record on 6th July 2025. The extraordinary feat was supported by Artist Amol Sitaram Kale and Ravi Naikodi.
