LARGEST EYE TUMOUR REMOVED
DR. SARAJ KUMAR SINGH, Additional Professor, Department of Neurosurgery, AIIMS Patna, created a remarkable world record by successfully performing the surgical removal of the largest eye tumour, measuring 12 cm × 10 cm × 04 cm and weighing 180 grams, from a 14-year-old kids patient. The historic procedure was carried out on 28th August 2023 at AIIMS Patna, Bihar, India. This exceptional medical achievement was officially recognised by World Records India.
