When the Nation was under the Grips of the deadly coronavirus and to provide Free Medical Treatment and Support at the time of the Covid Pandemic, BKC JUMBO dedicated COVID hospital was started at MMRDA Grounds in BKC, by Govt of Maharashtra. BKC Jumbo, Brihan Mumbai Mahanagar Palika, is State of an art facility with all medical services required for efficient patient care under 1 roof. Run under the leadership of DEAN – DR. RAJESH DERE, provisions like dialysis unit, Container Patho Lab (VITAL) CT in a Box, HMIS, HDU, Medbot & footbot post COVID OPD, Diet Software & vaccination center are put into action to create a remarkable milestone in the history of Covid Pandemic. More than 26,000 patients treated at BKC Jumbo, with one of the least mortality have set a New Record on 11th April 2022.
