SHRI KAMAL NAND KISHORE MALU, also known as GOVIND MALU stands as a role model in the industrial landscape as the first 100% visually impaired industrialist to achieve remarkable milestones. He holds the position of Director at ‘MALU SLEEPERS PVT. LTD’ & ‘MALU SLEEPERS (MAHARASHTRA) PVT. LTD’ both the companies established in the 1990’s by Shri. Nand Kishore Malu, CMD. From the year 2002 onwards the company was managed by his son. They are distinguished leaders in manufacturing of Railway Concrete Sleepers supplying to the esteemed Indian Railways under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. His visionary leadership has led to the employment of over 950+ individuals via direct and indirect employment from various parts of India.
In recognition of his exceptional contributions, Shri Kamal Nand Kishore Malu has received numerous accolades, including The Karnataka Excellency Award from the National Federation of Blind as an Outstanding Businessman on World Braille Day 2023, and The Dr. B.R.
