SARAJ KUMAR SINGH, Additional Professor, Neurosurgery at AIIMS Patna created a remarkable world record by successfully performing the surgical removal of the largest spinal disc specimen, measuring 08 cm × 03 cm × 01 cm, from a 55-year-old male patient. The historic procedure was carried out on 25th September 2023 at AIIMS Patna, Bihar, India, using the advanced technique of endoscopic discectomy. This Record is Recognised by World Records India.
