FIRST FEMALE SCULPTOR TO MAKE THE LARGEST SHIVAJI MAHARAJ STATUE IN A SHORT SPAN

Mrs. Supriya Shinde (Born 3rd May 1982) a Master Artist and founder of Ship Siddhi Sculpture Pvt. Ltd. of Pune, Maharashtra became the first woman sculptor in the world to make the largest statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s equestrian in 2022 within 75 days and 14 hours using wax, casting and sand material measuring 10 feet in height and 7 feet in width with the total weight of the sculpture is 1500 kgs. and set a New Record on 24th June 2022 at Ambegaon, Khurd, Pune, Maharashtra. She make a total of 35+ sculptures on various subjects between the year Year 2009 to the Year 2022 and won many States and National Levels Awards.
