MAXIMUM FEMALE STERILIZATION OPERATIONS (MINILAP) CONDUCTED BY AN INDIVIDUAL
Dr. Sadananda Panigrahi (born on 28th October 1965 ), a Senior Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, from Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha, conducted a total number of 30009 female sterilization operations (Minilap) between the year 1996 to 2022 and set a New World Record on 11th May 2022 at Sub Divisional Hospital, Dharmagarh, Kalahandi, Odisha, India.
