WORLD’S LONGEST PLAYABLE FLUTE

On the Occasion of PILIBHIT BANSURI MAHOTSAV 2021 and to celebrate 75th Aazadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav. DISTRICT MAGISTRATE OFFICE, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh organized a world record event under the leadership of MR. PULKIT KHARE, DM, PILIBHIT, and made the world’s longest playable flute measuring 16.06 Feet Long with 30mm. Diameter using traditional Dholu Bamboo Material and was demonstrated on 19th December 2021 at Drummond Government Inter College, Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. The Flute was designed and made in 15 days by Flutist Raess Ahmed (Gold Rush Flute Team) and the event was supported by Mr. K.P. Singh, Nodal Officer (Project – Longest Flute Making) & Dr. Parvinder Singh Sahmey, Administrator, Ben-Hur Public School.
