Samrat Samar Sengupta (Born on June 23, 1983) a Numismatic of Kolkatta, West Bengal collected 148 commemorative coins issued by Republic India between the years 1964 to 2017 in 5 paise to 10 rupees denomination. His collected rare coins like Louis Braille, World Food Day, Rural Women & Advancement, Shivaji Maharaj, Saint Tukaram, Mahatma Gandhi, Subhash Chandra Bose, Sri Aurobindo, Raifed Farming, Care For The Girl Child, Quit India Anniversary, 125 Years Of National Archives Of India, etc, and it was exhibited at Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal and set a New World Record on September 08, 2020.
