Vijay Chinnan Dharmik, a businessman from Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, has achieved a remarkable world record by constructing a Ship-Type Unique Home. This extraordinary three-floor duplex residence is completely designed and structurally built in the full shape of a ship. The construction began in April 2017 and incorporates advanced eco-friendly technologies such as solar power, rainwater harvesting, recycled materials, and multiple sustainable systems across four fully equipped household units with car parking.
