MOST KAPALBHATI BREATHING STROKES WHILE JOGGING FOR 70 MINUTES

Sardar Harihar Singh, Retired Additional Superintendent of Police from Hyderabad, Telangana, set a unique record by performing 7,000 Kapalbhati strokes during a 70-minute continuous jogging (70 strokes/minute) since September 2023. His achievement stands exceptional considering his recovery from a brain stroke, major stomach cancer surgery, and five-graft bypass surgery, proving his unmatched resilience and fitness dedication.This extraordinary achievement was officially confirmed by World Records India on November 26, 2025.
