LARGEST DISTRIBUTION OF KATAR TO WOMEN FOR COURAGE AND PROTECTION

To create awareness about self-defence among girls and women, and to empower them to face real-life situations and protect themselves from anti-social elements in society, VISHV UMIYA FOUNDATION, Gujarat, India organized the “Raksha Diksha Mahotsav 2025” under the leadership of Shri R.P. Patel,  President of Vishv Umiya Foundation. A total over 11,000 women participated together, recited the mantras “Virta Parmo Dharma” (Bravery is the Highest Duty) and “Ekta Parmo Dharma” (Unity is the Highest Duty), and received the Katar (Indian dagger) as a symbol of courage and protection. This historic event, coordinated and supported by Adv. Shri S.T. Patel, Chairman – Legal Committee of VUF, was successfully held on 14th September 2025 at Time Square Ground, Bhuj, Kutch, India, setting a New World Record.
