FIRST SOLO RIDER AT HIGHEST MOTORABLE PASS IN THE WORLD “UMLING LA”
DR VEERBHADRAPPA an Eye Surgeon of the Indian Army Medical Corps and a Seasonal Motorcyclist from Bidar, Karnataka became the First Indian Solo Motorcycle Rider to reach the highest Motorable pass in the World The “UMLING LA” in Ladakh. He started his Ride from Dharmshala, Himachal Pradesh towards Manali – Leh Road, Hanle, and from Hanle to UmlingLa via PhotiLa pass. He reached 19024 Feet to UmlingLa and continued to Ride until the last Army post on the Indo-China border at Demchok on 3rd September 2021.
