LONGEST BIHU DANCE MARATHON AT SINGLE VENUE

On the occasion of Bohag Bihu Festival 2024 and celebrate the Rich Culture and Heritage of Assam, India through the Traditional Bihu Dance. AASHIRVAAD, an ITC Group brand based out of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, organized a world record event wherein 9270 local citizens from various parts of the state participated and performed 1891 Bihu Dances simultaneously in a group during the 4-day event and set a new world record on 16th April 2024 at Latasil, Guwahati, Assam, India. The Bihu Dance is an Indigenous Folk Dance from the Indian State of Assam related to the Bihu Festival and is an Important Part of Assamese Culture.
