YOUNGEST GIRL TO EXPEDITE CHADAR TREK
Ms. SAMYA MAULIK PANCHAL (Born on 16th April 2012) the Youngest Girl Adventurer of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, became the youngest girl in the world to complete the Chadar Trek expedition at Leh Ladakh. She completed the 65 km. trekking expedition over the frozen Zanskar River in Leh Ladakh with a height of 11,100 Feet and temperatures below minus -30 to -35 degrees Celsius, from Guru Dho to Tsomo (As per the new Government Route) and back in 3 days between the period January 17 to January 19, 2024, at the age of 11 years, 9 months & 3 days, as confirmed by World Records India on January 30, 2024.
