Mangalprasad Kodarlal Modi (Born on 12th April 1947) is a Retired Government Officer of the Police Department in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, topper in the Finger Print Experts Science Examination at the only age of 24 conducted at Calcutta (now Kolkata) by the All India Board Examination across India in the Year 1971. This age record is intact till now and was confirmed by World Records India on 12th April 2023.
