Dr. Chandrasekhar Krishnamurti (born on June 06, 1952) a Cardiac Anesthesiologist of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh has collected 800+ Philatelic materials on Cardiology like stamps, first-day covers including miniature sheets on 80 stamp album sheets and five exhibition frames and it was exhibited on Palm Beach Hotel, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and set a New World Record on 24th November 2022.
