Hemraj Viram Shah (Born on 22nd March 1941) a Senior Journalist and an Author of Samkhiyali, Kutch, Gujarat, currently at Mumbai, Maharashtra, became the youngest editor at the age of 36 years and published a Gujarati Daily Newspaper “KUTCH SHAKTI” from Mumbai, Maharashtra wide RNI No. 31906/77 on January 1978 and since last 40 years, he has been working as an editor of Kutch Shakti Annual and set a New Record on 22nd March 2021 at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He also wrote 15 Gujarati Books and edited 25 books in Gujarati and Marathi as an author. The Record was Adjudicated by Milan Soni and Devyani Soni – a Senior Adjudicators of Kutch Dist.
