FASTEST INSTALLATION OF LARGEST PSC SEGMENTAL TWIN CELL BOXES ON ONE ADJACENT SIDE OF RAILWAY PORTION ABUTMENT

M/.S RACHANA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Maktupur, Unja, Mehsana, Gujarat firm is Renowned Bridge Construction & Infrastructure Company successfully executed the project CPT-2 – a largest PSC Segmental Twin Cell Boxes on one adjacent side of Railway Portion Abutment installation with 2121 tons materials and it was accomplished in 5 Day by 147 Team members started on 3rd June 2021 and finished on 7th June 2021 and was deployed by 4 Hydraulic Road Cranes (capacity 1@500 tonnes + 3@300 tonnes) along with multi – 10 axels trained mounted specially designed Steel Frame and it was installed at Valsad Ancient Rubble Masonary Railway Over Bridge, Gujarat, India and set a New Record on 7th June 2021. The project was CPT-2 and it being executed under the kind vision of Mr. Navinbhai I. Patel Director, of M/S. RACHANA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for its client IRCON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED as a partner of EFC Consortium part of WESTERN DEDICATED FREIGHT CORRIDOR (WDFC).
