MOST PEOPLE TOOK SIGNATURE PLEDGE TO CASTING VOTE

On the Occasions of loksabha election 2019 of the Election Commission of India and to increase voting percentage, Ahmednagar District  Election Office and Education Department, Jilla Parishad Ahmednagar, Maharashtra organized a signature pledge for citizens wherein 20,53,600 people took the pledge for casting the vote in the election by filling the form and signature and set a New World Record on April 2019. The event was organized by  Rahul Dwivedi (District Collector & District Election Officer) Jitendra Patil (Deputy District Election Officer) Hema Bade (Tahsildar) Sanjay Kadam (Deputy CEO) Laxman Pole (education officer) Ramakant  Kathmore (Education Officer), and Dr. Amol Bagul.
