WORLD’S LARGEST DIRT CAKE
A team of 4 Baking Enthusiasts – Dr Archana Diwan, Danish Ali, Nidhi Bagri & Poonam Ankur ShriShrimal made 1,078 kg – World’s largest dirt cake with-in 10 hours of time using 220 kg cream cheese, 190 liters whipped cream, 550 kg crushed sandwich cookies, 65 kg sugar, 180 litres milk, 45 kg custard powder, 35 kg candies, 85 kg butter and 35 kg worth of edible decoration and displayed it on 31st JULY, 2016 at “The Park” Bangalore, Karnataka. This was then distributed among various NGO’s and under privileged children in Bangalore.
