LARGEST RAKHI
On the occasion of Rakshabandhan Festival 2015, Biswakanta Panda and Yannita Priyadarshini of Bhubaneswar, Odisha designed Largest rakhi dedicated to Lord Jagannath measuring 50 ft. in base diameter and 500 ft. in length using 300 kilos of paddy and about 40 kilograms of rice and it was displayed on 29th August, 2015 at Indira Gandhi park in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Event was supported by Ms.Soumya Ranjan Patnaik, (Editor – Sambad), B.K. College of Art and Crafts, Utkal University of Culture.
