LONGEST AGITATION (SATYAGRAH) AGAINST CORRUPTION

Master Vijay Singh (born on May 10, 1962) of Muzaffarnagar, U. P. has been sitting on strike in front of the office of the District Magistrate of Muzaffarnagar for the past 18 years since February 26, 1996 till date. This agitation is based on the Gandhiji concept of Non-violence, As a result his Satyagraha, about 4000 bighas (800 Acre) of public agricultural land has been friendly grabbed by land Mafia’s in his village.
