LONGEST WHISTLING MARATHON OF GEET RAMAYAN SONGS ACCOMPANIED BY KARAOKE TRACKS
To promote the rich musical heritage and cultural legacy of Geet Ramayan through the art of whistling, SHRI SHIRISH MADHUKAR KULKARNI, a renowned Whistling Artist and Founder of HATKE Music Group, Pune, Maharashtra, organized and successfully completed a solo spiritual whistling marathon. During this unique performance, he artistically rendered 20 different songs from the Marathi musical epic Geet Ramayan (originally lyrics written by Gadi Madgulkar – GaDiMa and Music Composed by Sudhir Phadke – Babuji) solely through whistling, synchronized with karaoke tracks. He performed continuously for 1 hour and 50 minutes (110 minutes) without a break, thereby setting a New World Record on 19 April 2026 at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
