 WORLD’S LONGEST SAND CRICKET BAT
International sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik created a 125ft long cricket bat, a ball, and a stadium on the sand by using 50 tons of sand at the golden beach of Puri. Pattnaik wishes team India through this unique art and also some cricket fans wish team India through the sandy signature campaign. 15 students of his institute also join hands with him. Before Sudarsan also created many sand sculptures on cricket. In the 1999 cricket world cup, he demonstrated sand sculpture in London. Recently he showcased a sand animation show to wish Team India the CEAT cricket award in Mumbai. Sudarsan got the World Championship title in 2008 for sand sculpting.
