Siya Ram Mehta (Born on March 30, 1954) a Multifaceted Ex-Merchant Navy Sailor of Rajabigha, Dist. Aurangabad, Bihar traveled by Sea and collected a total of 19 Shore Passes between the years 1981 to 2016 and set a New Record on 3rd July 2020.
