Shubhangi Apte (Born on 25th April, 1955) a Social Worker of Raipur, Chhattisgarh has made 40 different braille Games for Blind People first time in India and distributed 851 books free to blind peoples all over India till Year 2017 and setting up New Record on 1st July, 2017.
