 LARGEST MISAL (TRADITIONAL MAHARASHTRIAN DISH)

Chef Digvijay Bhosale a famous Celebrity Chef of India and Managing Director of Sushiladevi Shikshan Sanstha – Continental Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Kolhapur, Maharashtra made the Largest Misal using ingredients 30 Ltrs. of Oil, 60 Kgs. of Moth Bean Sprouts, 23 Kgs of Spices (Masala), 150 Kgs. of Vegetables, 400 Ltrs. of Water, 90 Kgs. of Sev Chivda (Namkeen) and 625 Loaves of Bread and it was served to 4000+ people and set a New World Records on 16th December 2018 at Rankala Lake, Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India. The event was supported by Punam Salokhe, Aniket Kulkarni, Pawan Bochigiri, Shivanand Latkar, & Pranav Kagale.
