LARGEST CHRISTMAS PLUM CAKE
On the occasions of Christmas Celebration, Chef Aanal Kotak a famous Celebrity Chef of India and Founder of The Secret Kitchen, first Fine dine Luxury Restaurant in Gujarat, made the Largest Christmas Plum Cake measuring 56 ft Long x 5 ft width and weighing 750 Kgs. using 255 kgs. of Dry Fruits, 120 ltrs. of Orange Juice , 40 Kgs of Plum Fruits, 150 Kgs. of Flour and 50 Kgs Chocolates and it is being displayed on 24th December, 2018 at Ahmedabad One Mall, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. She involved her efficient team of 10 members with total 110 men hours to make this Christmas Cake.
