LARGEST ORAL CANCER SCREENING
On the occasion of World Cancer Day, Dr. Bhumika Kamal Badiyani M.D.S., Dr. Amit Kumar M.D.S. and Dr. Nitesh Kamal M.D.S. from the Department of Public Health Dentistry along with other 40 Dentists all from Sarjug Dental College and Mata R. Devi Dental Hospital, Darbhanga, Bihar, India have successfully completed and made a record of “Largest Oral Cancer Screening” on a Single day and Single Venue successfully on 4th February 2016 in Darbhanga, Bihar, India. A total of 1291 patients were screened for Oral Cancer. The patients were also given Oral Health education about the ill effects of Tobacco and other etiological factors responsible for Oral Cancer. Indian Dental Association (IDA) also supported the cause.
