WORLD LARGEST KANDEEL (HANGING SKY LANTERN)
Prasad Pawar Foundation and Anamol Nayantara Group, Nashik, Maharashtra has made Largest Kandeel (Hanging Sky Lantern) measuring 108 Feet in Height & 36 Feet in Wide using 120 Kg. Wood, 550 Kg. Metal Pipe & 770 Meter Cloth, Kandeels are traditionally built in a crystal shape with tails at the bottom and it was exhibited at Hutatma Anant Kanhere Maidan, Nashik -1. on 11th to 15th November 2012. Kandeel was erecting by team of Pawar Pawar Foundation in 5 Days.
